ABOUT

Creative Director, Dad, 90’s Pop-Culture Enthusiast

I’m a people-oriented, process-focused, creative leader in Northern California.

My 15 years of design, marketing, and business experience enable me to guide teams in building authentic, recognizable, and scalable brands. I’m a problem solver who is passionate about leading creative teams, making the complex feel straightforward and approachable without sacrificing quality. I thrive in highly collaborative environments, I’m comfortable working across all mediums and have endless pop-culture references available when the moment calls for it.

My goal as Creative Director is to create an environment where creatives feel psychologically safe to share their ideas, take risks, express their creativity, and have fun. As a leader, I strive to give every team member a voice in building our design operations and culture. I understand the value of agency when motivating a team and retaining high-quality individuals engaged at work. Creatives produce their best work when they have clearly defined processes, the necessary support, and the right tools, allowing them to invest their creative energy in elevating their work and avoid wasting time on unproductive tasks.

My role as a creative leader is not simply to build distinctive, authentic brands but to cultivate passionate, empathetic, and humble future leaders. My desire to nurture internal talent benefits the audiences we serve and the teams we support within our organization.

When I am not working, I love being outside. You will find me hiking with my dog and girlfriend, playing with my 11-year-old daughter, Emma, building something in my garage, or getting lost in a mystery novel on my porch.

Drop me a line if you want to chat about how to best develop authentic, meaningful brands, connect over creative operations best practices, or argue over which 90’s action movie is your favorite.

Best,
